MASTERMIND COUNCIL

Mental wellbeing

Meet your experience with curiosity and care.

Explore self-compassion, present-moment awareness, meaning and patterns of self-judgment.

Choose your council

Bring the situation you are in.

You can bring a difficult feeling or a familiar self-critical thought without needing to turn it into a diagnosis. The council can help you reflect on language, values and a manageable next action. It cannot discover hidden trauma, determine the cause of distress or provide clinical treatment. Pause a reflection whenever it feels unhelpful and seek the support you need.

Perspectives to explore.

Keep the limits in view.

A learning and reflection tool, not psychotherapy, crisis care or a substitute for a qualified mental health professional.

Each library covers selected public material. A reply should acknowledge when that material cannot support an answer. Follow the source links and keep your own judgment.
